Prior to launching Harrison Property Management Mr. Harrison was the Vice-President of Operations for a nationally known Receivership and Asset Management Company. Mr. Harrison was the lead property manager for over 100 residential and commercial properties during his tenure. Mr. Harrison began his career in the Hospitality and Property Management industries with a Florida based Property Management Company where Mr. Harrison was a Regional Manger for a group of managed properties. Over the past 18 years Mr. Harrison has proved to be a true leader through his leadership and guidance to the individuals he manages. Providing constant interaction with all parties involved, he is assured that the properties he manages are “secured and protected” and he is able to provide proper updates to the individual property owners or the courts for scheduled case reviews. Mr. Harrison has provided research, qualifications and testimony on an individual “case by case basis” that the courts need to appoint a Receiver. He also works diligently to ensure proper protection and securing of vacant residential and commercial properties. Mr. Harrison is a licensed Real Estate Principal Broker in the State of Indiana, receiving his designation in 2000. Mr. Harrison is also a licensed Auctioneer in the State of Indiana, receiving his designation in 2001 at the Reppert School of Auctioneering. Mr. Harrison is also an active member in the White County Association of Realtors, Indiana Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
