Details: Mr. Mast is in his twelfth year in the auction business and is Executive Vice President at Tranzon Asset Advisors. He is a lifelong resident of southwestern Tennessee, where he resides and has his office. Tim is a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City Iowa, and holds his Principle Tennessee and Arkansas Real Estate Broker’s License. He also has auction licenses in Arkansas, Tennessee South Carolina and Mississippi.

Tim holds the following professional designations: Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE), and graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) a three year education and practical application curriculum offered through the University of Indiana. Further he has completed and now teaches auction marketing courses to real estate professionals, Tranzon offices around the United States and various professional organizations.

Mr. Mast served on the education committee for the Tennessee Auctioneers Association for several years. In 2006 he was installed as Vice President for the western district of Tennessee, in 2008 he was elected to the position of President-Elect and on December 6, 2009 was sworn in as President of the Tennessee Auctioneers Association to serve a one year term. Mr. Mast worked throughout his tenure to effectively broaden the educational offerings of the organization along with effective public outreach efforts. Tim’s extended family has always been committed to public service; through becoming a trained volunteer fire-fighter and medical first responder he continues this tradition.

Prior to his introduction and full time dedication to the real estate, and accelerated marketing industry he owned and operated a home maintenance company and separately, a small business credit factoring firm. Using his natural skill for negotiating coupled with a commitment to continuing education, he has been exceptionally successful in working through large and complicated property transactions in over 30 states.

As a young man, in connection with family interests, he resided for a two-year timeframe in Bolivia, South America, where he learned to speak fluent Spanish, growing up in his household he also learned and is fluent in German. Tim’s family life is active; he lives with his wife Ruth Anne and their four children Lilah, Wyatt, Kaitlynn and Peyton.
