In 2004, Gavin won the prestigious Rose Award, which is only awarded once a year to the outstanding Certified Auctioneer’s Institute auction summary. Real Estate, especially land auctions, is another area Pope has excelled. In 2006 alone, Gavin sold nearly 3.5 million of real estate at auction! In addition, Gavin has finished Reserve Champion in the 2003, 2004, and 2005 State of Illinois Auctioneers Bid Calling Contest.
