The computer also provides a detailed and complete settlement summary for the seller. Our commission rates are competitive and our advertising is extensive. Densmore Auctions is family owned & operated. Barry holds an auctioneer, real estate & Federal Fire Arms license and is bonded in the State of Ohio. His wife, Kathy, oversees advertising, auction set up and clerking. Barrys dad,Bob,and sons Clay and Ty work the floor along with the rest of their friendly, knowledgeable staff that they call family.
