While growing up in the family business, Larry occupied positions in clerking, cashiering, bid assisting/ringing, set-up and display. In 1987 Larry graduated from Reish Auction School. He is an accomplished Auctioneer, a Licensed Real Estate Broker and owner of Atterberry Auction & Realty Co. LLC. He has earned the prestigious Certified Auctioneer Institute designation. Larry is a member of the Missouri Professional Auctioneers Association where he is currently serving as Past President. He was awarded the Bid Calling Champion for the state of Missouri in 2002. Larry regularly volunteers his auctioneer services to numerous community organizations, such as Cancer Research Center, Lutheran Family and Children Services, several local schools and others. Larry is an active member in the following professional organizations: National Auctioneers Association, Certified Auctioneer Institute, Missouri Professional Auctioneers Association, Certified Appraisers Guild of America, and the Columbia Chamber of Commerce.
