Terms and Conditions: We accept cash, credit cards and good checks. There is a 13% buyers premium; 10% when paying with cash or a check. Everyone must be a registered bidder to enter and bid at the auction. Previews are always free. All merchandise is to be paid for and removed the day of sale. All items sold as is where is. We are not responsible for loss, due to accident or injuries. Merchandise once received by the bidder is the responsibility of the bidder. Items left will be resold at the next weeks auction. All announcements the day of the sale will take precedence over any previous announcement.
