Daryl was selected by the Governor of Indiana to serve on the Indiana State Fair Board in 1991 & 1992 and has been a past Marshall County Fair Board member & auction committee member. He was the recipient of the Alumni Award of Marshall Co. 4-H Fair and continues to donate his time to the local & state 4-H auctions.He has been selected to be an auctioneer or ringman for the Indiana State Fair 4-H Spot Lite auction every year since 1981.Daryl and his wife Connie have been married 45 years.They make their home in Bourbon and have two grown daughters & three grandchildren.
