How it works

1. Assign by role

Drop in a short walkthrough video (YouTube, Vimeo or a link) and assign it to the roles who need it — cashier, check-in, scanner, spotter.

2. Watch + sign off

Volunteers watch on their phone and tap "I've completed this". Add an optional 2–3 question check so you know they actually understand it.

3. See the roster

A live readiness board shows "18 of 22 trained" — who's done, who's outstanding, and what's left for each person.

4. Nudge in one click

Send email + SMS reminders to anyone who hasn't finished — no chasing people down by hand.
